Cancellation policy

This Cancellation Policy explains how and when orders placed with Tailory ("we," "us," or "our") may be cancelled.

Requesting a Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at essentialsnipescorportations@gmail.com with your order number and the email address used at checkout. Cancellation requests are processed in the order they are received.

Cancellation Window
Because most orders are processed within 1–3 business days, cancellation requests must be received before your order has been shipped. Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, though it may be eligible for return under our Returns Policy.

  • Orders not yet processed or shipped: eligible for full cancellation and refund.
  • Orders already processed but not shipped: cancellation may be possible at our discretion; partial fees may apply.
  • Orders already shipped: not eligible for cancellation.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders
If your cancellation is approved before shipment, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within a reasonable number of business days, though the time for funds to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.

Custom or Made-to-Order Items
If any items are made to order or personalized, cancellation may only be possible before production begins. Once work on a custom item has started, the order may not be eligible for cancellation. Please reach out promptly if you need to cancel such an item.

Orders Cancelled by Us
We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, payment issues, or stock unavailability. If we cancel your order, you will be notified by email and issued a full refund where payment has been taken.
